Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located in old Prague, close to major attractions and with friendly staff. The dining options are good but could use some improvements.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, although there was a weird smell sometimes. The service was professional and accommodating, with a few hiccups in communication. The location couldn't have been more convenient for exploring Prague. The dining options were decent but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great value for the money.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were super clean and spacious, with plenty of USB charging points, and the fabulous breakfast was a definite highlight. The location was fantastic, walking distance to the old town, but being far from the elevators was a bit inconvenient, especially with a baby trolley.
The hotel's Tower Gate rooms, although spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, had a weird smell that required airing out by keeping the windows open. The service was top-notch, with a helpful and welcoming staff. The location was fantastic, being quiet, central, and close to a mall within walking distance. The dining experience was good but could have been better with organic farm-fresh food. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor room odor issues.
Staying in this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, albeit far from the elevators with a unique layout, were equipped with my own kitchen, but the view from some rooms was disappointing. The service was exceptional, from the polite greetings of all staff to the efficient room service and other amenities. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the old city on foot, although the adjacent bar was quite small. Dining options were varied and delicious. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with many gorgeous flowers, and the employees were great. However, there was a weird smell in the room, so we kept the windows open most of the time to air it out. Overall, a level A experience for our birthday celebration.
