The room was spacious. It matched the photos online. i could easily walk or use trams because of the location. the room was also very clean. the bed was very comfortable.
the staff did not seem too helpful. i felt that the design reduced staff interaction. the staff avoided eye contact and didn't seem pleasant to talk to. the check-in process took a long time even with two people at the front desk.

the gym included various machines and free weights, so i had good workouts. my room had a kitchenette with modern appliances. the bed was huge, and i slept well. i appreciated the hotel's central situation, i found it easy to walk to many attractions.
the coffee in the lobby cafe could be improved, it tasted slightly burnt one morning.
